About the SELECT League 

Select League is a club preparation recreational program designed to prepare athletes for club volleyball. From no experience to advanced athletes (ages 10U-16U), this advanced recreational league helps athletes find their place on club teams every year!

Registration for the 2026 Select League is now open!

Select League 2026 evaluations will take place on August 10th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Tsunami Cobb. For athletes who are unable to attend the August evaluations, a second round of evaluations will take place on October 12th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Tsunami Cobb. Athletes only need to attend one date to be placed on a team. All athletes will be placed on a team.

SELECT League FAQs 2026

Is SELECT League the right choice for my player? 

SELECT is geared toward players in 5th grade – 10th grade beginner-intermediate level players who may want to play club league in the future.

SELECT League is designed to fill the gap between recreational league and club volleyball. Players learn about different positions, roles on the court, rotations, and more in weekly newsletters. They learn to apply these skills and improve their fundamental volleyball movements in practice each week.

What is the commitment for SELECT? 

SELECT League teams have 1 practice per week and an average of 1 playdate per month.

How long is the SELECT League season? 

SELECT League’s 1st practice is in December and the End of Season playdate is in May. This league does not conflict with the middle school / high school volleyball season.

What locations does SELECT League offer?

SELECT League currently offers two locations!
SELECT Cobb will have practices held at McCleskey Middle School in Marietta, GA. Select Cobb will practice on Mondays. 
SELECT Lakepoint will have practices held at Rally at Lakepoint Sports Complex in Emerson, GA. Select Lakepoint will practice on Thursdays with some exceptions based on Lakepoint’s reservation availability.  All athletes will practice 5:30 pm – 7 pm.

Both locations will have monthly, tournament-style playdates on Saturdays at Tsunami Cobb’s home gym in Kennesaw, GA.

What is the schedule for SELECT League? 

SELECT follows the Cobb County School District calendar for holidays and breaks. SELECT will not hold any practices on weeks that there are breaks or holidays on the CCSD calendar.  We will also not have any playdates on the weekends before breaks or holidays based on the CCSD calendar.

How much does SELECT League Cost? 

Select League fees for the 2026 season are $750. Fees cover the entirety of the season, including your athlete’s jersey, spandex, and practice t-shirt.

How does SELECT’s payment plan work? 

SELECT offers a payment plan made up of the initial deposit and first month payment due in November. The remainder of the season fees is split evenly until March. Balances should be paid in full by March 15th.
