High School Team Camp 1

Team Camp runs from Monday, July 11 – Tuesday, July 12, 2022
Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Cost: $140.00 per player (coaches are free)
Lunch is not provided – there will be an hour lunch break for teams to pack a lunch and eat in an area set up onsite with tables and chairs or visit one of our local restaurants.

Foundation Skill Training

Passing and Setting Focus
Wash drills with a freeball focus

Standing Float, Jump Float and Jump Top

Focus is on reps and training from basic to advanced
Serve Receive and Attacking
Wash drills with serve receive focus
Serving breakdown and training
6v6 Play
Day 2
Session 3
Focus is on reps and training from basic to advanced skills
Defense and Blocking
Wash drills with a defense focus
Serving – breakdown and training
Session 4

Communication, Team Goal Setting
